Project description: Main long-term project objective is preparation of documentation for the reconstruction of rest - house „Neringos kopos“, i.e. accommodation, entertainment and spa center in Palanga resort. For achieving this objective it is necessary to implement these phases:

UAB “Neringos kopos” reconstruction is a long term and big amount project. After 1st phase implementation all the necessary documentation will be prepared for the next phases, for the attracting external financing and for being prepared to participate in EU Structural funds.
After project implementation – the rest house could provide accommodation, entertainment and spa center services for 440 tourists per day. This will be a positive impact for the company and for Palanga resort tourism development: competitive ability will increase – new indoor complex of tourism services package will be introduced to the market, season will be extended – dependence on nature conditions will decrease and tourists will stay in Palanga for longer holidays. In general, Palanga will obtain a better image as a resort town.
