Describtion:
The contract objectives include carrying out of aerial photography and production of ortho rectified images for the Lithuanian territory, acquiring of very high resolution satellite images for the border areas of Lithuania and provision of ortho rectified satellite imagery maps, updating of LPIS (land parcel identification system) geographical database of physical blocks.
The tasks of the Contractor shall include planning of aerial photography for the whole country coverage of Lithuania; managing and carrying out the aerial photography; production of digital elevation model and digital colour orthophoto maps for the Lithuanian territory; acquisition and ortho rectification of very high resolution satellite images for the border areas with Russia and Belarus; and updating of the current land parcel block database as a background using the newly acquired ortho rectified imagery and the land parcel block database produced under the frame of PHARE contract in 2003. Geographical area concerns whole Lithuanian territory and is about 65000 sq. kilometres.
