Describtion:

This project relates to the upgrading of signalling and power supply on section Siauliai – Klaipeda.
Consultant undertakes the role of the “Engineer” to all the works that have to be undertaken under the Works contract of the project. Consultant performs all the tasks and duties of the Engineer as it is described in Works contract. Moreover, the Consultant has all the powers which are delegated to it by the Contracting Authority.

Provided services:

Consultant needs to ensure the achievement of the following results:

• Works executed under the Works contract are implemented timely and qualitatively;

• The objectives of the Works contract are fully achieved;

• Technical supervision.
