PROFILE OF THE COMPANY

Vilnius Consult was established in 1992. Since its beginning, Vilnius Consult, has been a business consulting company. It has played an important role in the business development in Lithuania. It has successfully realised business development plans for companies being established and for the ones already operational. In 1998, after successfully developing its activity, Vilnius Consult concentrated it’s potential into the business of engineering and business management consulting services. From the first EU integration steps our company was involved in the consulting projects financed by EU funds (PHARE, SAPARD, ISPA) and IFI as World Bank, EBRD. We have successfully implemented the list of projects in cooperation with our partners - international consulting companies (from UK, Germany, Belgium, France). Today, Vilnius Consult has a strong local market position with international consulting experience and know-how.

TEAM

Due to our professional cooperative approach in working with local authorities, municipalities respectively we have good achievements in project management. Extensive experience in working with the above mentioned entities are ensuring smooth streamlined management practices and implementing change management routines. With this in mind, we can provide a team of experienced and qualified professional consultants to meet the set requirements in the terms of reference.

The Consultancy group at Vilnius Consult comprises specialists with a range of different but complementary technical disciplines. It can also draw on the range of technical skills and support staff that exists within the Vilnius Consult organisation. Our consultants successfully are preparing feasibility studies, EIA reports, conceptual designs for environmental, transport, energetics, agriculture, IT, human resources projects and contribute looking for the best solution on implementing:- technical assistance and supervision of projects.
